mind body medicine

Mind-body medicine uses a range of methods that positively influence the mind to maintain or improve the health. It includes a wide range of modalities including relaxation techniques, methods from positive psychology, yoga, and qigong.  Dr. Witt's work in this area is primarily focused on qigong and yoga.
